- Legal obligations — Donation records are subject to public disclosure under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (Ontario). Contribution details are filed with the City of St. Catharines after the election and become public record.
- Service providers — We use the third-party services listed in Section 5 below to operate our website and forms. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
